In the 21st century, rapid pace and complexity of economic, technological cultural change require adults to adapt globalization throughout life. These challenges today not only emphasize importance lifelong learning in general, but continue receive more information, improve previously acquired knowledge skills, new rhythm The present article analyzes state outlines features adult education postwar period, period after collapse USSR years Independence Ukraine. author identifies discloses factors that hinder qualitative development system Ukraine, such as: imperfection legal support for education, demographic situation country, high unemployment poverty, fragmentary research on uncertainty about practice training andragogy specialists.
